Returns and Refunds Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are made to order, we can only accept returns and provide a full refund for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. We cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

What We Consider Acceptable for Returns:

  • Items that are misprinted (e.g., have typos, incorrect designs)
  • Items that are damaged during shipping
  • Items that are defective (e.g., have manufacturing flaws)

What We Cannot Accept for Returns:

  • Items that are the wrong size or color due to buyer selection
  • Items that are sealed goods, such as face masks (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items you or your customer simply don’t like or no longer want (except for customers in Brazil with specific conditions)

Time Limits for Returns:

  • All claims for misprints, damages, or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to Report an Issue:

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue with the product, and clear photos of the misprint, damage, or defect.

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Preventing Incorrect Addresses:

We want to ensure a smooth delivery experience for you. Here are some steps you can take to prevent incorrect addresses:

  • Double-check your address carefully before submitting your order.
  • Many web browsers offer auto-fill features for addresses. While convenient, always review the suggested information to ensure accuracy.
  • Consider using a shipping address verification service during checkout. These services can help identify typos or incomplete addresses.

Important Note Regarding Return Address:

  • By default, all returns should be shipped to the address provided by our supplier. We will inform you of this address upon confirmation of your return request.
  • Nomad’s Muse are liable for any returned shipments if the shipment goes unclaimed by the customer.

For Customers in Brazil:

  • Customers residing in Brazil who regret their purchase have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return by contacting us and providing a picture of the unused and undamaged item.
